Goenka & Associates Educational Trust was registered as a Public Charitable Trust under Bombay Public Trust Act. The Trust was registered with the office of the Charity Commissioner under Registration No.E-8297(Bom) on 17th August, 1981.
The Trust is registered with the Income Tax Authorities u/s. 12-A(a) of the Act and has been granted exemption for the donations received u/s 80G of the Act.

Goenka & Associates Educational Trust has set up educational institutions offering quality education in Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Sections.
